All our team members are carefully selected to work exclusively for Viva Therapies and are experienced professionals in their field.  Quality of service, privacy and discretion is paramount.

We are a fully managed service with our office team taking customer calls and co-coordinating our specialists from 9 am to midnight, 7 days a week.  This ensures punctuality and quality control procedures are followed.

We offer a convenient and prompt service and can be with you in as little as 30 minutes in many central London locations.

Viva Therapies was founded 10 years ago, specifically to provide London’s finest hotels with luxury spa, salon & wellbeing services of the quality and reliability standards expected from their illustrious guests.

We work with all of London’s well known hotels such as The Dorchester, The Four Seasons Park Lane, The Park Tower Knightsbridge, The Intercontinental Park Lane, The Lanesborough, Ritz, Claridge's and many more. We can be with you promptly, wherever you are staying in central London.

You can contact the concierge at your hotel, book online instantly or call our office to speak with a member of our team from 8.30am to 1am 7days a week.

The concierge will inform you of our arrival and arrange for extra towels for your treatment. We offer a convenient and prompt service and can be with you in as little as 30 minutes at most hotels.
