We will store these Consultation Forms and may make them available to other Professionals that you book with, via our Booking Service.

* To carry out our obligations resulting from any contracts entered into between you and us (for example to arrange your booking for Massage, Beauty, Personal Training or Hair and Makeup services) and to provide you with the information, products and services that you wanted from us.
